After much aging, I have uncorked the Doppelbock to great success. Originally intended to be a Spruce Bock, I backed out of the spruce addition during the brewing process and ended up with a magnificent Doppelbock. I have decided to call this masterpiece the Crapulator Doppelbock. This is NOT, I repeat NOT, a reference to the beer's effect on one's bowels but a reference to the Latin term 'crapula' which is defined as 'drunkeness'.
Extremely limited quantities are available and are only available to those making the trek to Blacksburg.

Jason our friend...while we may not get to Blacksburg any time soon, we sure hope there is come Crapulator (is that what you called it?!) left for us to try! Happy Anniversary - we're proud to say we've tried some of your best brews so far - at least we think so anyway!
