As I wind down my schooling and desperately seek gainful post-graduate employment, I feel like I'll have to hang up the carboys for a bit. Not to worry, however, as soon as I'm finished with school circa July 1, and am comfortably "settled" into a job somewhere, the brewing will begin again!
Next up in your brewing programs: 5 gallons of Crapulator Doppelbock, no more of this 2.5 gallons BS.
I will be sure to report when we are back in business...
