Healthy Hops

As I reported earlier, the hops have been growing very well since our move to North Carolina. Zero problems with insects. I attributed this to the superior weather we have here...and then I looked a little closer. It seems I've had some help. I've only been keeping track for the last few weeks, but I suspect my friend "Spot" the green anole has been there much longer. He is somewhere on the hops every single day and I have concluded he's keeping the bugs off my hops. Below is a picture of Spot.
