Stegreif Doppelbock

In an attempt to rid myself of an ever-expanding inventory of malted grains, I've created what the germans might call a "Stegreif" Doppelbock, or an improvised doppelbock. I had only enough grain to make this a 9.5 liter batch, so this'll be one that I'll be particularly protective of. As I find myself following the prevailing brewing trends, this lager is another big beer, with an original gravity of 1.074...by my calculations, this should bring 'er out to around 7% ABV. Expect to see this one maturing around July or so.
