Well, as the weather had its ups and downs this spring, the doppelbock has been lagering quietly at a constant 41*. With nearly two months of aging under its belt, the time came to bottle this "small batch" beer.
If you recall, this was a beer thrown together from all my leftover grains and was a recipe devised by yours truly. The flavor at bottling was quite promising!
